Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a TEMP Sales Lead who also serves as Floor Leader on Duty. The role blends leadership with hands-on Bear Builder duties to meet store sales goals and deliver exceptional guest service.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 15-25 hours per week, with preferred experience as a Build-A-Bear store associate and a related degree in business or management. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and achievement of sales goals.
• Provide direction to Bear Builders during Floor Leader on Duty shifts and model Experience First behaviors.
• Engage with Guests to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences.
• Uphold brand standards and report performance and compliance issues to management.
