Build-A-Bear is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to serve as a Floor Leader on Duty and Bear Builder. The role guides a team to meet store sales goals while modeling Experience First behaviors, and also performs Bear Builder duties when not on duty.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with 15-25 hours per week availability, and a preference for an Associate’s degree in business or management. This role requires flexibility and customer-focused engagement.
