Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead who serves as Floor Leader on Duty, mentoring Bear Builders and guiding store operations to hit sales goals while modeling Experience First behaviors.

On non-lead days, the Sales Lead acts as Bear Builder, delivering exceptional guest service and upholding brand standards. Must be available 15–25 hours weekly, with a high school diploma or GED; associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to others in providing exceptional Guest service to ensure a memorable experience.
• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals.

• Actively engage Guests to deliver a warm, inclusive atmosphere and ensure satisfaction.
