Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Sales Lead who also serves as Floor Leader on Duty. This role guides a Bear Builder team, models Experience First behaviors, and helps achieve store sales goals while ensuring outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities include supervising on-duty shifts, coaching teammates, and maintaining brand standards. A high school diploma or GED is required with 15–25 hours per week; a preferred associate degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Associate’s (or higher) degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to others by providing exceptional Guest service and guiding a team of associates to meet sales goals.
• Lead Floor Leader on Duty by directing operations, modeling Experience First behaviors, and giving feedback to management.
