Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. seeks a Sales Lead who serves as a Floor Leader on Duty and, on designated shifts, guides Bear Builders to meet store sales goals while modeling Experience First® behaviors.

When not on duty, the role functions as a Bear Builder, delivering exceptional guest experiences. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 15-25 hours of weekly availability, with an Associate’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalently required.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Associates degree in business/management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Floor Leader on Duty: Be a role model, provide exceptional Guest service, guide and direct a team to achieve sales goals, and communicate feedback to management.
• Bear Builder role: Engage with Guests, create a warm atmosphere, uphold brand standards, and demonstrate teamwork and reliability.
• Ensure smooth store operations and help meet store financial goals and compliance with company policies.
