Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Sales Lead to serve as a role model Bear Builder and Floor Leader on duty, driving guest experiences and store sales goals. When not designated as Floor Leader, you’ll perform Bear Builder duties and support the team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Previous store experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to others by providing exceptional guest service.
• Guide and direct a team to achieve sales goals and smooth store operations.
• Model Experience First behaviors during designated shifts as Floor Leader on Duty.
• Provide feedback to management on performance and compliance.
