Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead who will act as a Floor Leader on Duty and Bear Builder on designated shifts. You will guide a team to achieve store sales goals while modeling Experience First behaviors and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

When not acting as Floor Leader, you will function as a Bear Builder, ensuring brand standards, engaging with guests, and fostering a welcoming environment. We value initiative, teamwork, and a flexible retail schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Associate’s degree preferred in business/management.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Floor Leader on Duty, directing a team to meet store sales goals and guest service standards.
• Act as Bear Builder on non-lead duty shifts, delivering Exceptional Guest service and maintaining brand standards.
• Model Experience First behaviors and provide feedback to management on performance and compliance issues.
