Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Sales Lead who also serves as Floor Leader on Duty. This role guides Bear Builders, models Experience First behaviors, and helps drive store sales goals with a hands-on leadership approach.

When not designated as Floor Leader on Duty, you will perform as a Bear Builder, delivering exceptional Guest service, creating a warm, inclusive atmosphere for Guests, and maintaining brand standards while supporting the team’s success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree in business/related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Floor Leader on Duty guiding a team to meet sales goals.
• Provide exceptional guest service and model Experience First behaviors.
• Lead, support, and direct associates for smooth store operations.
• Act as Bear Builder when not on duty, delivering brand standards.
