Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Sales Lead who serves as a Floor Leader on Duty on designated shifts and, when not designated, performs Bear Builder duties. The role focuses on driving store sales goals while modeling Experience First behaviors and guiding a team of bear builders and associates.

Responsibilities include providing exceptional guest service, directing a team to meet sales targets, and offering feedback to management on performance and compliance issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to others in providing exceptional Guest service to ensure a memorable experience.
• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals.
