Build-A-Bear Workshop in Georgia is seeking a Sales Lead who will also serve as Floor Leader on Duty on designated shifts. This role models Experience First behaviors and guides Bear Builders to achieve store sales goals while delivering exceptional guest service.

When not leading, the Sales Lead functions as a Bear Builder, providing engaging guest experiences and maintaining brand standards. The position requires flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Associate’s (or higher) degree in business, management, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Be a role model to others in providing exceptional Guest service to ensure a memorable experience.
• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals.
• Model Experience First behaviors.
• Provide feedback to the management team to make them aware of performance and compliance issues.
