Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead on the floor who will also serve as Floor Leader on Duty. You will model Experience First behaviors, guide a team, and help achieve store sales goals while delivering exceptional guest service and memorable experiences.

When not Floor Leader, you function as a Bear Builder, providing outstanding guest engagement, upholding brand standards, and supporting teammates to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Associate’s degree in business/management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to others in providing exceptional Guest service to ensure a memorable experience.
• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals.
• Model Experience First behaviors.
• Provide feedback to the management team to address performance and compliance issues.
• When not Floor Leader on Duty, function as a Bear Builder with guest-focused service.
