Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Sales Lead who also serves as Floor Leader on Duty. You will guide a team to deliver outstanding Guest service and achieve store sales goals while modeling Experience First behaviors.

On duty, you’ll provide feedback to management and ensure brand standards. This role also involves Bear Builder duties when not designated as Floor Leader, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Associate’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to others in providing exceptional Guest service and guide a team to achieve sales goals.
• Direct a team to ensure smooth store operations and compliance with brand standards.
• Model Experience First behaviors and provide feedback to management on performance or issues.
• Provide exceptional Guest service by actively engaging Guests and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Create a warm atmosphere, foster positive interactions, and ensure Guests leave satisfied.
