Tesla in New York seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to welcome guests, guide them through the showroom journey, and deliver a groundbreaking ownership experience. You will tailor product demos and handle test drives, ensuring every guest leaves inspired by Tesla’s mission and technology.

As a full-time member of the team, you’ll engage customers, build profiles, and support the sales process while demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with proven ability to meet goals.
• Passionate about the Tesla mission and EV trends; aware of incentives.
• Ability to explain business issues and technical concepts clearly.
• Strong communication, organized, and proficient with Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail setting.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in guests promptly, making them feel welcome.
• Understand customers and build a personalized product profile.
• Educate guests with demos and Full Self-Driving demonstrations aligned with interests.
• Conduct delivery orientations highlighting key features for new owners.
• Support sales pipeline by capturing guest info and scheduling test drives.
