Job summary

Tesla is hiring a part-time Tesla Advisor in Walnut Creek, CA. You will welcome guests, educate them on Tesla products, and guide them through the sales and delivery process to create an exceptional showroom experience.

Ideal candidates are energetic, highly organized, with a passion for sustainable energy and strong communication. You will work evenings, weekends and holidays in a retail setting and leverage CRM tools and MS Office to maintain customer records.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in customer service or sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in guests and drive engaging conversations.
• Educate customers about Tesla products and guide them through the sales process.
• Help build a sales pipeline and coordinate test drives.
• Provide service throughout the sales cycle including delivery day preparations.
• Contribute to monthly sales, delivery goals, and KPI achievement.
• Stay informed on EV trends and local incentives.
• Assist with showroom operations and direct deliveries when needed.
