Job summary

You will contribute to monthly sales targets, stay current on EV trends and local incentives, and provide exceptional service across the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Passionate about the Tesla mission and innovations.
• Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• State-specific licenses may be required in some states; Tesla may assist with obtaining them.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage walk-in guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Educate prospective customers about Tesla's product offerings.
• Facilitate test drives and collect customer information for the sales pipeline.
• Provide customer service throughout the sales cycle, including vehicle prep and documentation.
• Contribute to monthly sales and delivery goals by meeting KPIs.
• Stay updated on EV trends and local incentives.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned, including direct home deliveries.
