Job summary

Ever, based in San Francisco and expanding nationwide, seeks a Customer Experience Specialist for its Costa Mesa showroom. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, coordinate with EV Consultants, and ensure a welcoming first impression during deliveries and test drives.

This full-time on-site role requires 2+ years in front desk or retail, strong communication, organization, and comfort with Google Workspace. We offer competitive pay, health benefits, PTO, 401(k), and a fast-paced EV retail team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a front desk, receptionist, retail, or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and customer-first mindset.
• Highly organized with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual.
• Ability to operate with ownership and minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check in scheduled appointments upon arrival.
• Coordinate with EV Consultants for seamless handoffs for sales consultations and delivery pickups.
• Ensure a welcoming, professional, and efficient first impression.
• Manage daily schedule for test drives and vehicle deliveries.
• Monitor showroom traffic and minimize guest wait times by communicating with the sales team.
• Confirm appointments and communicate delays or changes in real time.
• Assist with final vehicle key hand-offs during delivery appointments.
• Educate customers on post-sale support and warranty processes.
