Job summary

The Atlantic District is seeking an Expansion Agent in Columbia, Maryland. You will represent the agency at the community level, helping families and businesses find reliable coverage while developing your own career path.

You will build relationships, present customized insurance solutions, and manage a growing client pipeline with the support of a knowledgeable team. A license is required, and a rewards program recognizes performance.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships in a sales environment.
• Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software.
