The Atlantic District in Yorktown, VA is seeking an outgoing Insurance Agent to help local families protect what matters. You will build relationships, quote solutions, and manage your calendar with regular outreach.

You’ll work with a supportive team, receive mentorship, and benefit from a base salary plus commissions and bonus opportunities. A Virginia P&C license is required, with strong networking and client‑centered service a must.

Qualifications

• Virginia Property & Casualty license is required.
• Demonstrated history of managing a sales pipeline.
• Clear and articulate verbal communication for client consultations.
