Qualifikationen

• Active Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License.
• Minimum of two years of direct insurance sales or account management experience.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for tracking client interactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to simplify complex policy details for clients.
• Comfortable working in a traditional office setting in Philadelphia.
