Oversee the daily operations of our sales division while maintaining your own client relationships.
Mentor junior team members by sharing best practices and providing constructive feedback on their sales approach.
Identify gaps in current client coverage and present meaningful solutions that provide genuine security.
Analyze market trends to help the office stay competitive and responsive to our policyholders' changing lives.
Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales processes and improve the overall client experience.
Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local networking gatherings in Easton.
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Maryland.
Three or more years of experience managing insurance portfolios.
Demonstrated ability to mentor others and foster a collaborative environment.
Expertise in navigating insurance carrier software and CRM platforms.
Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of client accounts.
Familiarity with the Eastern Shore market is a plus.
