Job summary

ADT Team Manager in Melville, NY, will oversee the Existing Customer channel and coordinate people and materials for prompt installation and service of all jobs within the district.

You will plan, implement and manage activities for the field workforce, partner with the General Manager to meet profitability goals, and lead a team through training, supervision and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent related experience.
• 3–5 years related industry experience with a high volume operation.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple challenges.
