Job summary

Imagine in Bloomington, MN seeks a Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations for our immersive exhibitions and retail spaces. You will support the General Manager by scheduling staff, training, and monitoring performance while ensuring high guest satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to handle cash, POS systems, and peak process flow.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in retail, attractions, or hospitality preferred.
• Prior experience in guest service or customer-facing roles required.
• Experience handling cash, POS systems, and shift operations a plus.
• Seasoned safety ambassador.
• Background in team-based work environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on the floor to ensure smooth exhibit and retail activity.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Handle guest questions, concerns, or escalations and provide excellent service.
• Lead by example in delivering customer service and suggestive selling.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking as needed.
• Provide coaching to frontline staff to improve performance and engagement.
• Communicate updates, goals, and expectations from management to the team.
• Support maintaining a clean, organized, safe work environment.
• Assist with promotions, events, and other operational initiatives.
• Meet sales goals and collaborate with other supervisors.
