Job summary

Fresh Dining Concepts is seeking a General Manager for our Bloomington, MN location. The GM oversees operations, staff leadership, financial performance, and adherence to brand standards across 10–40 team members, with a focus on integrity, guest experience, and results.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and maintaining quality and compliance. Must have strong leadership and financial management skills and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; BA/BS in Business preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail/restaurant.
• Experience supervising hourly and management staff; strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and retain team members meeting brand standards.
• Ensure sufficient staffing for peak periods.
• Train staff on product knowledge, service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline team members; build internal talent pipelines.
• Analyze store performance and ensure compliance with labor records.
