Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to set the global vision and drive proactive, outcomes-driven experiences for our most strategic customers.

You will lead Senior Directors and Directors, build scalable operating models, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to drive adoption, reduce churn, and expand value across global accounts. This executive role reports to the SVP, Customer Success and requires travel and a strong track record of leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in customer success, account management, or enterprise-facing roles.
• 10+ years in senior management, with 5+ years leading leaders.
• Proven track record scaling enterprise CS programs with adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Excellent executive communication to ELT, C-suite, and boards.
• Familiarity with CRM/SaaS; Salesforce platform preferred.
• Data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a bold, global Customer Success strategy aligned to company priorities.
• Lead a team of Senior Directors and Directors, building an operating model at global scale.
• Own metrics on health, retention, expansion, and revenue; deliver executive reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to reduce churn and drive expansion.
• Represent Customer Success in executive forums and board-level communications.
