Job summary

Celonis is seeking a seasoned Client Value Partner (CVP) to lead strategic customer value initiatives for high-tech clients. You will manage executive relationships, align cross-functional teams, and drive AI-driven business transformations on a global scale.

You will guide program roadmaps, champion value realization, and mentor teams while partnering with product, services, and engineering to ensure measurable impact for top customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in customer success or strategy consulting.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Experience with end-to-end large-scale transformation programs.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders with data and insights.
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key executives, embedding Celonis into strategic objectives.
• Ensure engagements are staffed with global cross-functional teams (Servicing, Product & Engineering).
• Mentor and coach team members and provide guidance to managers.
• Lead end-to-end customer value journey and establish program roadmaps and value plans.
• Influence stakeholders through executive communication and product knowledge.
• Drive adoption, value realization, and customer satisfaction within accounts.
• Organize customer advisory boards and drive advocacy; participate in industry events and thought leadership.
