Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining, seeks a Client Value Partner to drive AI-driven business transformations for Life Sciences customers. You will lead a large, cross-functional team to realize value and ensure executive alignment with strategic objectives.

As CVP, you will manage end-to-end value journeys, influence senior stakeholders, and drive adoption of the Celonis platform across complex accounts within a fast-paced, worldwide organization.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience; MBA strongly preferred.
• Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and ability to engage with senior executives.

• Develop and manage executive relationships with C-level stakeholders across global clients.
• Lead end-to-end customer value realization and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources (Servicing, Product & Engineering) to deliver outcomes.
• Mentor teams and drive adoption of AI-powered processes across accounts.
• Drive value realization, ensure on-time delivery, and high client satisfaction.
