Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to lead AI and data-driven transformation for high-tech and diversified industries. You will collaborate with Lead and Principal VEs to craft strategic roadmaps, orchestrate complex programs, and deliver ROI-focused value for Fortune 500 customers.

You will partner with Sales to ensure adoption, drive platform expansion, and provide executive-facing guidance. This role requires strong English and executive presence with a focus on value realization.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience taking ownership of complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle). AI copilots to generate outputs and automations, minimal manual coding.

Responsibilities

Value Selling & Realization: Uncover real issues and own the Outcome from discovery to ROI.
Stakeholder Management: Cultivate executive sponsorship and co-own change management.
Program Management: Steer multi-region transformations and AI-driven account planning.
