Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Client Value Partner (CVP) to lead strategic, large-scale transformations for our top customers. You will drive value realization, align Celonis resources with executive objectives, and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes across industries.

You will collaborate with C-level stakeholders to define long-term visions, manage program roadmaps, and champion customer advocacy while traveling approximately 70% to meet stakeholder needs and ensure successful

Qualifications

• 15+ years of customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience in industry.
• MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable Program Lead & Engagement Manager, guiding multi-team engagements with senior executives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including C-level executives.
• Mentor teams and provide guidance to ensure delivery alignment with client strategy.
• Drive value realization and adoption, delivering measurable outcomes and high client satisfaction.
• Lead customer advisory boards and represent the voice of the customer internally.
