Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to drive the end-to-end value journey for enterprise customers, guiding adoption, ROI, and measurable outcomes. You will blend process and industry expertise with a solution-first mindset, applying AI and LLM capabilities to deploy intelligent, autonomous agents that address critical bottlenecks.

You will manage weekly cadences, QBRs, and value plans with VP+ executives, align cross-functional teams, and ensure value realization while expanding customer

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in pre-sales, customer success, and/or consulting functions.
• Strong technical skills across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and data-related technologies.
• Value-driven selling, identifying and prioritizing use cases to drive renewals and expansions.
• Project management to lead multiple accounts across value journeys and coordinate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead full customer lifecycle from pre-sales discovery to post-sale adoption and value realization.
• Frame insights and ROI, drive executive sponsorship through QBRs and strategic roadmaps.
• Serve as internal/external SME for the customer’s industry domain and scalable knowledge sharing.
• Translate customer requirements into innovative, measurable AI-driven solutions using Celonis platform.
