Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct experience supporting senior executives.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Windows and Apple ecosystem including devices and MDM.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Zoom.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technology support for senior executives across office, remote work, travel, residences, executive meetings, events, and off-sites.
- Serve as primary escalation point and trusted advisor for executive leadership and assistants.
- Provide on-call support including after-hours coverage.
- Lead complex executive technology initiatives with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Architect, implement, and operate secure custom solutions and automations to improve support operations.
