Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Executive Support Technician for its client in McLean, VA. This onsite role supports executives with day-to-day technology needs, including conference rooms, endpoints, printers, and connectivity.

You will own office technology, troubleshoot Windows and Apple devices, manage Teams Rooms and Intune/Entra ID, and assist with onboarding, while maintaining accurate documentation. 5+ years of VIP support experience is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Tier II desktop or technical support experience.
• Hands-on Apple administration and support experience.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting across hardware, OS, apps, peripherals, and connectivity.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
• Experience with conference room technology and AV systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, solutions-oriented technical support to executives and staff.
• Own day-to-day office technology including conference rooms, shared workspaces, and hot desks.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Apple devices, printers, and network connectivity.
• Administer conference room tech and Teams Rooms environments.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and access management.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes, asset records, and procedures.
