Job summary

Flex is seeking an IT Executive Support Technician to join our Austin, TX headquarters. This senior onsite role delivers high-touch support for employees and executives, owning escalated endpoint issues and ensuring conference rooms and AV systems run smoothly.

You will install and manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, work with cross‑functional teams, and mentor other technicians. Strong judgment, service mindset, and ability to communicate with senior leaders are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
• 8+ years enterprise IT support experience.
• Strong Windows 10/11 administration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with endpoint management and imaging.
• Ability to document procedures and transfer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Tier 2/3 onsite support for desktops and devices.
• Own complex hardware, software, and authentication incidents.
• Coordinate with network, security, and vendor teams.
• Support executive meetings and conferencing tech.
• Deploy and manage Windows/macOS/iOS/Android devices.
• Create technical docs and procedures.
