Summit Tech Partners seeks an experienced Executive IT Support Engineer to deliver high-touch support for C-suite executives and senior leadership. You will manage devices, support collaboration tools, and ensure meeting readiness to enable seamless leadership productivity.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of IT support, strong executive-facing communication, and experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and cross-platform device management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years IT support experience.
• 2+ years supporting C-suite executives, VIP users, or senior leadership.
• Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
• Windows and macOS support
• iOS and Android device management
• Teams Rooms, Zoom, and Webex
• VPN and network troubleshooting
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools

Responsibilities

• Deliver dedicated IT support to C-suite executives, senior leadership, and VIP users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
• Manage and maintain executive devices, accounts, and access permissions.
• Provide support for conference rooms, Teams, Zoom, and Webex meetings.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, engineering, and vendor teams on escalated issues.
• Track and manage executive hardware inventory and refresh cycles.
• Ensure minimal downtime and exceptional customer service.
