Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Executive Technology Support Specialist to provide white-glove tech support to executives and boards. You will prevent issues, support meetings, coach on tools, and drive adoption of AI and secure work practices. Travel may be required, with rare pre-approved remote work only.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, executive presence, and proactive service in a fast-paced biotech setting. Onsite work from Monday to Friday is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting executive leadership or high-touch environments.
• Strong customer service, relationship management and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with an executive presence.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite Mon–Fri and travel as needed (rare remote emergencies).

Responsibilities

• Deliver white-glove technology support to executives, EAs, CEO Office and Board.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact productivity.
• Support executive meetings, leadership events, investor activities and high-profile engagements.
• Provide personalized technology coaching and upskilling based on preferences.
• Promote adoption of productivity tools, collaboration solutions, and secure ways of working.
• Partner with enterprise tech teams for rapid issue resolution and service improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality, discretion, professionalism and customer experience.
