Excis is seeking a Senior Executive IT Support Engineer (L3) to deliver dedicated white-glove IT support for C-suite leaders in Boston. You will work across Field Services and Executive Support Operations, directly impacting executive productivity and business continuity.

The role requires strong diagnostics, cross-platform support (macOS, Windows, Android), and an ability to lead projects while mentoring junior staff. Domestic travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional IT support experience.
• Minimum 3 years direct support experience for C-level executives.
• Strong Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience managing ticketing systems and service management processes.
• Proficiency with macOS, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Deliver white-glove IT support to C-level executives and their teams.
• Serve as a trusted technology partner, ensuring executive productivity and business continuity.
• Anticipate and address technology issues before they impact operations.
• Provide support during executive meetings, presentations, conferences, and travel.
• Lead IT projects and maintain knowledge bases and best practices.
