Job summary
Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a high-impact IT professional to deliver premium executive tech support. You will diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and configuration issues for top executives, coordinating with IT teams and vendors to ensure rapid resolution.
You will manage AV, collaboration, streaming, video conferencing, and event tech for executive meetings and high-profile events, ensuring seamless technology operations before, during, and after
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or technical certification with IT experience OR 6 years IT experience.
- Knowledge of ITIL v3 framework and ITSM systems.
- Experience supporting executives and handling sensitive information.
- Ability to drive analytics to improve service, availability, and customer interactions.
- Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and daily support for executive technologies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver premium executive IT support and rapid issue resolution.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and configuration issues.
- Provide front line executive support for most incidents.
- Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams and strategic vendors.
- Plan, test, and monitor AV, conferencing, and event tech for meetings and off-sites.
