Job summary

- 15+ years of progressive IT leadership in regulated industries.
- Experience shaping enterprise IT strategy with measurable business outcomes.
- Proven track record building and scaling high-performing IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an enterprise IT vision and long-term technology strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team across two hub locations.
- Partner with executives to identify tech opportunities that drive growth and performance.
- Oversee architecture, infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity programs.
- Establish governance, policies, and operating models for technology delivery.
- Drive AI/digital innovation and responsible governance across the org.
- Ensure system reliability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
