Job summary

FedEx Logistics seeks a strategic leader to own the global Join & Grow experience for executives (Director and above). You will align Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Business Partners to enable workforce readiness, accelerate productivity, and improve retention at scale.

This role combines executive recruiting, onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning, with governance and reporting across the executive lifecycle. Hybrid work is available at multiple U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
10+ years in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related functions.
Proven experience leading executive-level talent functions.
Experience designing enterprise-wide employee experience strategies for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the enterprise Executive Join & Grow strategy for recruitment, onboarding, development, and succession.
Forecast talent needs by analyzing market factors, competitors, and business strategy.
Design and deliver leadership development for executives (Director+), including onboarding and transitions.
Support succession planning and pipeline development for critical executive roles.
Provide advisory to leaders on executive talent decisions, including hiring and promotions.
Mitigate risks as senior escalation point for Executive Join & Grow across global teams.
Perform other duties as assigned.
