Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a senior HR leader to own the global Executive Join & Grow experience for Directors and above, aligning Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Partners to enable readiness and retention.

You will design enterprise leadership development, forecast workforce needs, and advise executives on talent decisions across global teams, with a hybrid Plano, TX-based role requiring periodic office presence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR or related areas with leadership experience
• Proven experience leading executive-level talent functions
• Experience designing enterprise-wide employee experience strategies for senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise Executive Join & Grow strategy, integrating executive recruiting, onboarding, development, and succession into a future-focused approach
• Develop an understanding of key factors impacting talent needs to forecast supply and demand and inform sourcing and recruiting strategy
• Design and deliver enterprise leadership development strategies for executives (Director and above), including onboarding and transitions
• Collaborate with People & Org Strategy to support succession planning and pipeline development for critical executive roles
• Support People & Org Strategy in performance tracking and reporting across the executive lifecycle
• Provide trusted advisory to leaders on executive talent decisions, including hiring, promotions, development, and transitions
• Act as the senior escalation point for Executive Join & Grow challenges, mitigating risks across global teams
• Perform other duties as assigned
