Qualifications

• Expertise in executive assessment methodologies and leadership evaluation.
• Ability to build credibility with senior leaders and provide influential guidance on talent decisions.
• Experience designing integrated executive talent systems including succession pipelines and leadership development frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise Executive Join & Grow strategy across executive recruiting, onboarding, development, and succession.
• Forecast talent supply and demand and translate findings into sourcing and recruiting strategy.
• Design and deliver enterprise leadership development strategies for executives (Director and above).
• Support succession planning and pipeline development for critical executive roles with ready-now and future-ready benches.
• Track performance and provide reporting across the executive lifecycle.
• Provide trusted advisory on executive talent decisions, including hiring and promotions.
