The role combines forecasting of talent needs, designing leadership development programs, and advising leaders on talent decisions across global teams to accelerate readiness, productivity, and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational development, psychology, or related field.
• 10 years in HR, talent acquisition, onboarding, or related HR functional areas.
• Experience leading executive-level talent functions such as executive recruiting, succession planning, leadership development.
• Experience designing and scaling enterprise-wide employee experience strategies for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise Executive Join & Grow strategy across recruitment, onboarding, development, and succession.
• Forecast short- and long-term talent supply and demand and adapt sourcing and recruiting strategy.
• Design and deliver enterprise leadership development strategies for executives (Director+).
• Support succession planning and pipeline development for critical executive roles.
• Track performance and reporting across the executive lifecycle.
• Advise leaders on executive talent decisions including hiring, promotions, development, and transitions.
• Escalate and resolve Executive Join & Grow challenges across global teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
