Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR or related HR functions
• Experience leading executive talent functions (e.g., executive recruiting, succession planning, leadership development)
• Experience designing and scaling enterprise-wide employee experience strategies for senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Executive Join & Grow strategy across recruiting, onboarding, development, and succession into a future-focused approach
• Forecast short- and long-term talent supply/demand and adapt sourcing and recruiting strategy accordingly
• Design and deliver enterprise leadership development for executives (Director and above) including onboarding, transitions, and ongoing development
• Support succession planning and pipeline development for critical executive roles with ready-now and future-ready leadership benches
• Track performance metrics across the executive lifecycle and provide trusted advisory to leaders on talent decisions
• Act as senior escalation point for Executive Join & Grow challenges across global teams
• Perform other duties as assigned
