Wonder is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead executive and senior leadership searches across business and technology functions. You will partner directly with the C-suite and senior leaders, delivering a polished, white-glove experience for top candidates and shaping who joins Wonder's leadership team.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end searches, design interview processes, build candidate slates, and close offers including equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (nice to have)
• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience including 4+ years in Director/VP/C-suite hiring
• Proven track record partnering directly with C-suite and senior leaders
• Experience closing senior searches across business and business-technology functions
• Strong executive presence and polished communication with senior leaders
• Sourcing and market-mapping skills with success engaging passive senior talent
• Experience managing executive offers and equity negotiations with discretion
• Proficiency with an enterprise ATS (Workday preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter

Responsabilités

• Run focused portfolio of senior/executive searches end to end from intake to offer
• Source and engage passive talent through market mapping and targeted outreach
• Lead candidate conversations with discretion and keep executives informed
• Prepare leaders and interview panels, run debriefs, and drive hiring decisions
• Provide updates on pipeline, market feedback, risks and next steps
• Partner with C-suite to define roles, profiles, and success criteria
• Design interview processes with clear stages and evaluation criteria
• Close executive offers including equity with Compensation and People partners
• Maintain accurate candidate data and search status in Workday
