This role offers a dynamic, visible environment and a chance to shape leadership at a mission-driven financial institution. Remote-friendly with in-office Tuesdays/Wednesdays in Tukwila, WA, and nationwide remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years recruiting experience.
• 2+ years recruiting senior leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive hiring leaders to understand strategic goals and leadership needs.
• Design and execute research and talent mapping for executive roles.
• Lead executive recruitment processes from strategy through negotiation and onboarding.
