As a key member of the Hardware Platform recruiting team, you will lead senior leadership searches and partner with executives to shape the company’s leadership across engineering disciplines. You will own end-to-end searches, map the market, and design compelling offers while maintaining discretion and tight collaboration with founders and VP‑level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, with 3+ years focused on executive/leadership search.
• Experience hiring leadership in engineering domains (hardware, aerospace, robotics, systems).
• Partner with C‑suite, founders, and VPs on hiring strategy and market realities.
• Deep understanding of executive compensation models, including equity and vesting.
• Experience managing confidential searches with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end leadership searches across Hardware Platform teams (Director/VP/Principal).
• Advise C‑suite, founders, and engineering VPs on leadership strategy and org design.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence to identify passive leaders.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
• Design, negotiate, and close complex compensation packages.
• Understand product positioning and culture to pitch leadership opportunities.
• Track pipeline metrics and provide data-driven updates to stakeholders.
• Leverage executive networking and sourcing to engage top leaders.
