Job summary

Caring for Others is seeking an Executive Talent Operations Assistant in Redmond, OR to translate strategy into actionable projects. You will own end-to-end hiring, job postings, and onboarding, while coordinating orientations and developing interview guides.

This role supports a leadership team and drives HR programs across the organization. You will build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and talent networks, ensuring compliant, efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience as an Executive Assistant to an Executive Team, C-Suite, or VP executive
• Experience in HR, Talent, or People Operations with hands-on training/onboarding
• Strong facilitation/presentation skills for all levels of staff
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple priorities
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into practical processes
• Detail-oriented with ownership over training quality and consistency
• Support/execute alongside leadership; not driving sole strategic decisions
• Recruiting experience a plus; home care/healthcare experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic direction into scoped project plans and execution
• Own end-to-end hiring process and onboarding with progress tracking
• Manage job postings/advertising and sponsor spend
• Coordinate new hire orientations, logistics, materials
• Develop role-specific frameworks and interview guides
• Compile Talent KPI dashboards and reports for leadership
• Develop local and industry talent networks to build pipelines
