Job summary

EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruitment for the US market. You will partner with an Executive Recruiter to manage talent pipelines, engage with leaders and candidates, and drive EY’s external candidate engagement with a focus on quality experiences.

As a trusted business advisor, you’ll oversee recruitment activity across service lines, apply inclusive sourcing, and leverage AI advancements to improve sourcing and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in executive level search and recruitment
• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies
• Identify and solve complex recruitment issues
• Develop and foster relationships with clients and teams
• Provide training and performance feedback to team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 8–10+ years in experienced hire recruitment including executive recruitment
• Knowledge of creative sourcing techniques for experienced hires
• Strong understanding of current recruitment laws and practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS tools, Avature is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own executive recruiting responsibilities aligned to service lines and sectors in the US
• Partner with Executive Recruiter to manage talent pipeline
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience across all stages
• Advise leaders, Talent team and hiring managers on recruitment strategies
• Lead and coach other recruiters and team members
• Implement new technology, tools and processes to improve efficiency
• Stay informed on talent market insights and reporting
• Provide training and performance feedback to teammates
• Drive sourcing innovations and AI-enabled improvements
