EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruiting across EY service lines for the US market. You’ll partner with an Executive Recruiter to manage talent pipelines, engage with senior leaders, and drive a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in executive level search and recruitment.
• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Experience providing training and performance feedback to teams.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with clients, leaders and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires and serve as a key contact to client groups and external candidates.
• Assess leadership resource needs against the talent market to build a compelling pipeline.
• Utilize sourcing strategies including inclusiveness initiatives and creative methods.
• Integrate EY's brand strategy into recruitment activity at all levels and platforms.
• Act as change agent for new technology, tools and processes in recruitment.
• Stay informed on talent and labor market insights and share findings.
