Job summary

EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruiting across US service lines. You will partner with an Executive Recruiter, manage talent pipelines, and ensure a superior candidate experience while advising leaders and hiring managers.

In this high-performing team, you will leverage diverse sourcing channels, drive innovative recruiting approaches including AI, and coach others on best practices to impact EY's talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in executive level search and recruitment processes.
• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Experience providing training and performance feedback to teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Avature is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires across client groups.
