EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to lead executive searches across EY service lines for the US market. You’ll partner with an Executive Recruiter to build a strong talent pipeline and guide candidates through the hiring journey with a focus on experience and brand.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, talent teams and hiring managers, driving inclusive, data‑driven hiring outcomes while leveraging AI tools to improve sourcing.

Qualifikationen

• 8-10+ years of executive recruitment experience.
• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Experience coaching and mentoring other recruiters.
• Strong understanding of hiring laws and compliant processes.

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires and serve as a key contact to client groups and external candidates.
• Assess leadership resource needs against the talent market to build a compelling pipeline.
